About me
I am a qualified policy planner with many years experience of working within local authorities and helping Neighbourhood Planning groups across Somerset and Devon. I am based in Dawlish near Exeter, and work throughout the South West.
What I can offer
Producing a Neighbourhood Plan can be daunting and is rarely straightforward. I can:
- Help you navigate the complexities and legal requirements of the process
- Help access government grants
- Provide advice and templates for background documents
- Help with consultation techniques and processes
- Liaise with the Local Planning Authority and other statutory bodies
- Be a 'critical friend' and review documents written by the group
- Help with drafting policy and writing your plan

Flexibility is key. From hands-on involvement in all aspects of your plan, to occasional advice, I can work in a way that suits you.
